# LAURA GRISKEVICIUTE

EN
Many of you already know her, and writing about her, is certainly a great pride.

She began practicing Ashtanga still in the old Shala, was part of the afternoon classes, but gradually became part of the classes of the morning. And either was raining or shinning, Laura was on her mat in the early hours of the day, before going to work.
She built her practice with dedication, study, humility
and inner strength in endurance mode that inspires anyone.
Were these bases that made her a great Shala Assistant and working with her helped me a lot to grow as a teacher and also as a practitioner. It's an inspiration to me and to many of the practitioners of the morning, because  either it rains or shines, there she is on the mat, focused on her breathing, in her movements and postures with the grace and lightness of who knows what it does.

After a trip to Mysore of three months, where she practiced on the attentive look of our teacher Sharath JOIS,  and after  two years as an assistant in our Shala, Laura is now ahead of our classes of the lunch hour, Tuesdays and Thursdays, students entrance from 12.30pm to 13pm.
Know that you are in very good hands, because Laura has knowledge and experience to start teaching  you, an amazing dynamic Yoga practice, called Ashtanga Yoga, which will be  a tool to work your body, calm down your mind and open doors in your heart towards a routine for greater integration and wellbeing.
