Celebrei os meus 34 anos da melhor forma.
Pratiquei antes dos alunos chegarem, acabei já com alguns ao meu lado a moverem-se com a sua respiração. Ensinei a turma da manhã - tantos de vocês que estão a tornar-se praticantes regulares, já nitidamente vivendo o Ashtanga nos vossos quotidianos!
Almocei com duas pessoas que me são mais que especiais, é uma honra ser filha da Laura Simões e ainda tive o privilégio de ir surfar com a outra, que faz parte do meu coração. Sai de dentro de água, olhei para o céu limpo, o sol lá em cima, e agradeci por esta vida, tem sido uma colecção interessante de momentos que têm permitido chegar aqui, a ontem, a agora, e provavelmente a amanhã, por erro e tentativa mas determinada a viver equilíbrio neste corpo, mente e coração.
Terminei o dia a celebrar em família, dando gargalhadas com o meu pai, partilhando histórias e escutando outras. Obrigada.

If there are perfect days, yesterday was one of them!
I celebrated my 34 years in the best way.
I practiced before the students arrive, i finished already with a few of you next to me, moving yourselves with your breath. I taught the morning class - so many of you who are becoming regular practitioners, where you are clearly living the Ashtanga in your daily!
I had lunch with two people who are more than special, it is an honor to be daughter of Laura Simões and still I was privileged to go surfing with the other, which is part of my heart. I left the water, looking at the clear sky, the sun up there, and felt gratitude for this life, it's been an interesting collection of moments that have allowed me to arrive here, yesterday, now, and probably tomorrow by mistake and attempt, but determined to live balance in my body, mind and heart.
I finished the day celebrating with family, giving laughter with my father, sharing stories, listening others. Thanks.
