Relembrou alguns aspectos fundamentais para a nossa prática - como a nossa respiração que garante a capacidade de regular a entrada e saída de ar pelas nossas narinas, que em coordenação com os movimentos e posturas cria fluidez e dinamismo na nossa prática. A respiração no Ashtanga Yoga é uma forma de meditação, porque pode alterar o nosso estado normal de pensar para um estado interno de sentir. Porque tem a capacidade de direccionar a nossa mente para um estado de legítima paz, bem longe do turbilhão constante de pensamentos. Shri K. Pattabhi Jois afirmou, "When breath control is correct, mind control is possible", a respiração é o meio para chegarmos ao controlo da mente e do corpo, é com ela que conseguimos superar e aumentar os confortos dos nossos limites físicos, mentais, emocionais e energéticos.
Foram três dias ricos de experiências, de novas perspectivas, de adicionar conhecimentos, de juntar técnicas, de reforçar contéudos... Obrigada Tim!

Shared concepts , explained perspectives, unveiled secrets, highlighted a variety of tips and offered as only Feldmann knows, many solutions to a stable, conscious and lasting Ashtanga Yoga practice.
Recalled some fundamental aspects of our practice - as our breath that ensures the ability to regulate the entry and exit of air through our nostrils , which in coordination with the movements and postures creates fluidity and dynamism in our practice. The breath in Ashtanga Yoga is a form of meditation, because it can alter our normal state of thinking to an internal state of feeling. Because it has the ability to direct our mind to a state of legitimate peace, far from the constant whirlwind of thoughts. Shri K. Pattabhi Jois said, "When breath control is correct, mind control is possible", the breath is the means to get control of mind and body, it is with it that we overcome and increase the comforts of our physical, mental, emotional and energetic limitations.
The second point that was stressed was the importance of the Bandhas. Explained in detail its physical location, which muscles activate and or contract , and how they are fundamental to today , tomorrow, the next day, month , year practice ... Cracked the secret of Mula Bandha and Uddiyana Bandha without using abstract and confusing explanations, but instead used simple techniques, easy to understand. I venture to say that everyone who was in Shala those three days, have now a different practice of Ashtanga Yoga, because holds a practical knowledge of the Bandhas, and therefore, sooner or later, they will control those two points, those two seals so important for deepening the practice to something more internal.
The third point that worked with us were the positions, presented in an intelligent, conscious and versatile way of how to discover the "mula" in each posture, the root of each posture, the basis for each posture. Indicated where born each position, which the foundation we need to take into account, for later denote that many of the principles that build a posture of standing forward bend are also the same for a sitting posture of forward bend. The same applies to the main action that results in a standing twisting posture, which is the same in a sitting twisting posture. There will always be something to add to posture to posture, but there are correct patterns to execute the positions, important seeds that make us discovering similarities from asana to asana, solidifying a more stable and secure perspective.
