Pensar no Guru Purnima, é lembrarmo-nos do(s) nosso(s) professor(es) - relembrar momentos, vivenciar práticas, recordar aprendizagens.

Obrigada.

Thinking of Guru Purnima, is reminding ourselves of our teacher(s) - remembering moments, reliving practices, recollecting lessons.
Is inevitable to reflect upon those who had and have a fundamental role in the continuation of our practice, even when everything seems more difficult. It is very simple, to feel a real GRATITUDE, for the tips and for corrections on and off the mat. It is easy, not to forget people, who are practitioners and teachers, who through their example, have facilitated a better understanding of what it is to be an Ashtanga practitioner and a responsability of what is to be a teacher. All in their own way have come to bring more inspiration, more awareness and even more light.
In the spirit of Guru Purnima, when we remeber and renew our intention as students, when we accentuate the respect and longing for Guruji, and for those of my generation, when irremediably we feel and nuture the importance of Sharath for the existence and comprehension of this practice. We still have space, especially within our hearts, to point out the teachers who are part of our journey and have had the compassion to accept us as students and help us with their knowledge to unblock, to learn and duck obstacles, to relativize limitations, to understand that today is one way and tomorrow, through our endeavor and dedication, everything will be better. It is impossible not to mention Peter Sanson, David Robson and Tim Feldmann.
Thank you.
